Our story
Eat the Leaf was born from a journey to better health. After years of suffering, Jessica discovered certain foods were causing undo stress on her body. Through research and discovery, we found healthier food alternatives that led us toward a more natural lifestyle. Growing our own food became part of this new life.
Because we love to eat (and cook!), we began growing and experimenting with fresh herbs to add much needed vitamins and other nutrients to our diets. Since discovering this ‘fresh-from-the-garden’ taste, herbs have become a significant part of our menu and now our everyday life! And because they are also so versatile, providing benefits externally as well as internally, we now use herbs as part of our body care as well.
We have learned that nature provides us with what we need to thrive. ‘Eat the Leaf’ is our way of sharing what we have learned along our journey.
Our products
We provide local, fresh culinary herbs and hand-crafted herbal products. The herbs we use are grown and harvested by us on our farm. All of our herbal products are made in small batches, which allows us to provide the best product possible.
